Rhode Island Stingrays (USL Pro League)
2000:  Starting sweeper or right back for all 28 regular season games.  2 assists and 2 goals.  Advanced to the first round of the playoffs.  Named Team of the Week once.

Rochester Raging Rhinos (USL A-League)
1999: U.S. Open Cup Champions.  Northeast and Eastern Division Champions.  A-League Runners-Up.  Played sweeper or right back.

Boston Bulldogs (USL A-League)
1998: Starting sweeper or right back for all 28 regular season games.  Advanced to the third round of the U.S. Open Cup.  Named A-League Team of the Week once.

Competed as a professional soccer player in the first division for six months.

1997: Chosen to represent the nation's top 90 college soccer players in Bradenton, FL at the Bolletterri Academy. Team captain and starting sweeper for the ASL Champions.

Omaha Flames (USL Premier League)
1996: Starting sweeper or right back for the Midwestern Champions and the National Final Four Runners-Up.

COLLEGE
University of Rhode Island
1994-1998: 4 year starting sweeper and 2 year team captain.  Defensive Player of the Year in the Atlantic 10 Conference.  Atlantic 10 All-Conference for 3 years.  Participated in the New England Senior All-Star Game.  All-Tournament Team at the Stanford and Butler Invitational.  All-Championship Team in the Atlantic 10 Playoffs for 2 years.
