worldwide sporting goods supplier. Spokesperson for JMTraining,
www.jmtraining.com, a sports conditioning program for athletes held in Syracuse,
NY. Communicated with radio, print and television media on a weekly basis.

team soccer tournament for boys and girls of all ages, as well as adults, from
around the northeast. Negotiated and budgeted all expenses. Instructed workers, volunteers and
parents on their responsibilities and priorities. Contacted and worked
with major corporate sponsors to make this a successful annual event.
In The Net Soccer Academy LLC
2001 - Present
Created and implemented a business vision and plan to provide outstanding
professional soccer coaching and training to players, coaches and parents of all
ages and abilities. Self funded this
entrepreneurial growing
business. Developed and coached year round curriculums for 1,000+ boys and
girls of all ages.
Administered all registrations and payments for 1 to12
month training programs. Organized training sessions, staff members, programs
and groups by age, skill level in order to create a positive, effective
and intense learning environment. Directed and ran
weekly youth skills development training sessions for various NH soccer clubs. Facilitated
questions daily via phone, website and email. Managed all finances and expenses, as well as the contractual aspects of
this LLC for major purchases, sponsors, fields, coaches, trainers and
assistants. Planned
the branding and design / layout of the company's website.

Coordinated, scheduled and taught team camps, practices and clinics for 80+
teams. Introduced new ideas, methods, drills and games to both the players
and coaches to enhance team play. Created overall teamwork and unity

throughout the state for various coaches and clubs through the National
Soccer Coaches Association of America. Tested applicants on the material
covered as well as their own knowledge of the game through oral, written
and field practice exams. Awarded different levels of nationally
recognized soccer coaching certification for those qualified.
Child Development
Director, Lil’ Kickers, Bedford, NH
2005 - Present
Oversaw and ran nationally renowned child development program for kids ages 18
months to 9 year olds. Administered registrations, questions, classes and
curriculums for eight, year round programs. Hired and
educated staff on the physical, social, emotional and psychological elements of
Lil’ Kickers. Managed expenses and budgets for staff, equipment, signage,
storage and advertising. Recorded all incoming uniform sales and program
payments for weekly, monthly and annual statements. Organized grass roots
marketing efforts by attending various day cares and schools as well as
establishing relationships with the local media. Met with parents and staff
weekly to discuss the different child development components as well as the
progress of each
child.
NE Regional Representative and Head Coach, United Soccer Academy

Hand selects
players to train and compete in Europe and Brazil representing the United States
of America.
Planned all training, team building, game
strategies, positions and playing time. Responsible for each player at all
times while overseas on 1-3 week tours; many without guardians.
Accountable for each player's actions both on and off the field. Arranged
tryout dates, locations and times with various towns, organizations and
communities. Marketed United States Soccer Academy statewide through

face-to-face meetings for interested players and parents.
Director of Player and Coach Development, Milford SC, Milford,

Full-time soccer trainer that conducted daily practices and clinics for both
coaches and players. Explained and demonstrated specific drills and
variations in order to improve overall team and individual knowledge and
abilities. Set seasonal and annual goals with the assistance of each
team's coach to maximize potential (25 teams). Attended monthly board

Coordinated paperwork and staff for all home matches as well as monitor game day
management. Picked the final game roster as well as planned all weekly training
sessions, game strategies and personnel.
