Summer Camps - Speed and Strength Training Patrick Mulcahy, former professional soccer player, core strength resist-a-ball and resistance strength training certified, has teamed with Tom Labonville, CSCS licensed and owner of TS Performance Training http://www.tsperformancetraining.com/ . Together they will teach and train you to maximize your speed, strength, balance, coordination, explosiveness, endurance, and flexibility in order to peak athletically for your sport while reducing your risk of injury. Each session of the
program is set up into 4 phases: Performance enhancement tools that will be used: Olympic style rubber running track Free weights Olympic smith machine (squat and bench racks) Agility ladders Olympic timing devices for 40 and 100 yard sprint Bungee cords Adjustable hurdles Power cords Stability/Half/Balance and fitness balls/pads Medicine balls Resistance bands (ankles and waist) Jump ropes Plyometric boxes and Parachutes Vertical leap boards
