Summer Camps - High School Prep Academy
Prepare your body and touch for the upcoming
High School season. This camp is geared for
those entering or currently attending High
School (14+ years of age). This 3 hour
session places intense focus on fitness
(speed and strength training), first touch
(ground and in the air), and playing with
and without the ball (offensively and
defensively). Players will apply their
skills in small sided games.
Players must bring a ball, shin guards, comfortable footwear and water everyday to camp |
